2. What we collect

When you send the contact form: your name, email, what you are enquiring about and your message. We do not ask for identity numbers, financial details or sensitive data; please do not include them in your message.

When you call, message us on Zalo or email us: only what you choose to tell us so that we can advise you.

Analytics and advertising cookies (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads set cookies in your browser to record the pages you view, time on page, how you reached the site, device type, approximate location from your IP address, and clicks from our ads. Until you agree, or if you decline, these cookies are not set; Google may receive only aggregate, cookieless signals that are not used to identify you.

Your cookie choice is stored in your own browser (localStorage) so the site does not ask again on every page. It is not sent to our servers.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry, advise you, send quotations and arrange appointments you ask for.
• To prepare a contract, carry out the work and provide warranty service once you become a client.
• To count visits and improve the website (if you accept analytics cookies).
• To measure the performance of our Google Ads campaigns (if you accept advertising cookies).

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent: given when you press “Send enquiry” on the contact form, and when you press “Accept” on the cookie notice. Once you have signed a contract with Sukha Space, the data needed for that contract is processed to perform it. Beyond that, we process data only where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

• Form enquiries: kept in the company mailbox for up to 24 months after our last contact, if no contract follows.
• Client records: for the life of the contract and warranty, and for the retention periods set by accounting and tax law.
• Google Analytics cookies: up to 2 years in your browser; data in Google Analytics is kept according to the account’s retention setting (up to 14 months). Google Ads cookies: up to 90 days.
• Your cookie choice: 12 months, after which the site asks again.

6. Who receives it, and where

• Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Ads): only with your cookie consent. Google’s servers may be outside Vietnam.
• Cloudflare, Inc.: hosts the website and turns form submissions into email sent to the company mailbox. The website does not keep form content in a database of its own.
• Our email provider (Google’s email service), where enquiries are received and stored.
• Contractors, delivery and installation teams: only the details needed to carry out work you have ordered.
• Competent state authorities: where the law requires it.

Only our advisers and the Sukha Space management can read your enquiry. Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• be informed about how your data is processed;
• give consent, or withdraw it at any time;
• see your data and receive a copy of it;
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
• ask for your data to be deleted, or for processing to be restricted or stopped;
• complain, report or take legal action as the law provides.

To withdraw cookie consent, press Cookie settings (at the foot of every page) and choose “Decline”. For any other request, email [email protected] or call 0399 855 555; we may ask you to confirm your identity first and will reply within the period the law sets. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before it.

8. How we protect it

We limit who can access your data, use encrypted connections and keep data only for the periods above. If a data breach occurs, we will notify the competent authority and you as the law requires.

9. Children

The website is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy takes effect on 28 September 2026. When it changes, we update this page and state the new effective date.
